Make sure that you have DataWedge 2.x or ScanWedge loaded on the device. At the bottom right of the screen, locate and tap once on the DataWedge/ScanWedge icon (looks like a bar code). From the menu that pops up select Config and then Setup. Put a check mark in the box marked “Send enter key after suffix” and click OK.
